EVERY ONE'S AN EXPERT

I have altered some of the images and refined them , unable to load them onto blog from home for some reason , i have also gathered up some bits and pieces to put together a small intallation.

"Every one's an Expert"

After a lot of thought and consultation with Nancy i have decided to change my theme to "Every one's an Expert" from medicine to law were busy turning ourselves into experts, thanks largely to the internet and public exposure to the failures of the experts, coupled with a news hungry media, the consequence has been an increasing loss of faith in the system. We now place greater reliance on word of mouth, recommendations and the internet to counteract the uncertainty of expert advice. Exert from   :( David Chalk social analyst)

I am now working on my independent project, i am working on the on the five senses of smell and taste, these provoke a feeling of love or a feeling where you are high .

the five senses of taste and smell: salt, sweet, pungent, hot, bitter.

we also ref ere to these senses when we talk about experiences, such as the bitter truth,

bitter sweet, bitter end, salt of the earth, worth its salt, pungent odour, sweet sound of

success, hot date, hot topics and so on .

I am intending to use some images i have been working on.

Working on the narrative i changed the image view using pallet knife, and brush strokes, cut and pasted and worked on the contrast.

WHAT A GOOD LITTLE BOY AM I

I am really happy with this image, i cut and 

pasted other ant images played with the contrasts to get this result.

This view i achieved with lasso, outline, pallet knife ocean ripple,glowing edges, layers

with the black and white i achieved this  image using pallet knife, magnify, find edges.

just got back to working on my collage these were some of the first exercises i worked on with filters just feeling my way.

I think i finally started to understand photo shop a little more after the last three days, thanks to nancy's patience

I have more images but iam not able to up load them i have been having trouble, working on this all

Mimmo Rotella, is the artist I will be presenting still need to load the information onto powerpoint. I have also been working on the collage .Much to nice a day to be inside on the computer.
borrowed some books on collage from the library so many fantastic works.

The changes below are using a little auto fill, saw tooth& map to shere

Finally worked out how to load the reworked collage, cant believe it after trying for hours, so simple when you now how.
I have also been researching an artist ,hav'nt decided as yet, so many and incredibly interesting.

Holiday over, having been interstate for christmas i now need to get back to work , have almost forgotten a lot of what i had worked on, have been working on my collage all day but i am not able to copy the changes to the blog site , i will keep trying.
